AUTUMN WINTER COAT INSPIRATION

Hello Everyone

It's official, coat season is upon us. In the last week Wales has experienced freezing fog, torrential rain and bitterly cold wind.  Winter has most definitely arrived in the last seven days. For me, as someone who feels the cold, coats and jackets are a must over the winter months. I've spent the last few weeks browsing the high street in search of a new winter coat/jacket. Today I wanted to share with you my favourite styles ruling the rails this season.

The puffer coat is one of the most popular trends this winter. I love how warm and cozy it looks, like you are wrapping yourself in a duvet. Choosing the perfect one for you will be easy as there are so many out there to choose from. Khaki to red, long to short  - there is something for everyone. My favourite is the navy one from Topshop.

For a smarter coat this winter the woolen trench is still the number one choice. The tailored cut of the coat creates the ultimate girl boss outfit, perfect for those cold yet dry days during winter. This grey one from Topshop has gone straight to the top of my wish list.

Who doesn't like a shearling jacket in the winter, it's just like being wrapped in a blanket all day. I am loving the way the high street are experimenting with different colour ways for the classic jacket. My favourite is the khaki one from Marks & Spencer.

Kate also contributes to Nouvelle Daily, a blog combining pretty much anything you would want to find in a lifestyle blog, and her DIY posts are our favourites.

With a love for all things cloth, Kim's blog is dedicated mostly to her beautiful outfit posts. With a chic and layed-back effortless style (and gorgeous hair, may we add!) we often take inspiration from her looks. The backdrops for her posts are always dreamy and give us a case of longing for London!

Lo @ TheLoDown
From the West coast over to the East coast, Lo Bosworth’s (who happens to be Lauren Conrads BFF) blog is oh-so-chic and clearly inspired by her living in New York City. We love her fashion and beauty must haves and #OOTD posts. Since graduating from culinary school last year, we have become obsessed with her cooking blog posts (especially her Nutella mug cake).

Being pretty much the first blog we both started reading years ago (coincidence? We think not!) we couldn't not include Liv's picture-perfect blog in this list! From outfit posts to interviews with bands and her #bakewithLiv series, we couldn't love her little space on the internet more.

‘She wears fashion’ is one of our go-to outfit of the day bloggers, her style is very versatile, whether it's boho-chic, classic tailoring or spots luxe inspired she wears them all and looks great doing so. After taking a month for herself, she is back blogging and her outfits are still oh so beautifully put together.
