FROM US TO YOU: October

Happy October everyone, 

Another month has arrived at Eleven Oh Seven and for us, October marks the start of the celebrating season! With Halloween at the end of this month, fireworks in November and Christmas in December it’s all becoming very exciting here.

This month our themed posts will be inspired by Halloween with costume ideas and our favourite halloween make up. As well as our themed posts, we'll be trying out a new blog series! We wanted somewhere to document our final year at University, so why not blog about it! We'll be talking about our creative development (and sometimes how stressed we get), and what we're up to. We're hoping this will be insightful for others thinking about studying fashion and will be something personal for us that we can look back on in years to come.

As September has marked the start of our final year and with all our work beginning to flood in, we've decided to create weekly posts for the year instead of biweekly. This will allow us to keep our standard of posts the same without becoming too overwhelmed juggling both a blog and University work. These posts will be every Sunday: a perfect way to end/start the week.

Welcome to August at Eleven Oh Seven!

This month is all about Late Summer Dreaming for us, as August always feels like the countdown to the end of the summer break. Being pretty prepared girls, (and who doesn't love an excuse to hit the shops?!) we love to prepare for the early Autumn and a new University term throughout August, seeing all the latest Autumn/Winter trends emerging and checking out the latest stationery for the new academic year.

August at Eleven Oh Seven will be filled with inspiration for you (and us!) for the upcoming early Autumn season and new term of University, college or school, featuring laid back fashion, our stationery loves and plenty of lifestyle posts in-between.

FROM US TO YOU: Summer Getaway

Happy June everyone!

Since June is the official kick off for summer, it's only natural that this month's theme would be something summery. Around this time of year we find that everyone is getting into the summer holiday spirit. Whether it's holiday shopping or planning your getaway itinerary, the excitement of approaching summer holidays are definitely in the air, getting us exited for June here at Eleven Oh Seven.

With this months theme of 'Summer Getaway' we'll be covering everything you need to know for the getaway season. This month will feature our favourite summer styles this year, holiday essentials and our dream holiday destinations. As well as this month's themed posts, we will also share with you what we're loving at the moment with a mixture of fashion, beauty and lifestyle posts.

FROM US TO YOU: "You're gonna love May"

We couldn't resist putting one of these in... So many May puns!

Welcome to a new month at Eleven Oh Seven. This month is going to be bitter-sweet for us, as May sees the last month of us living together (we are trying not to think about it too much!) which leads us to this month's theme of Student Life in Cardiff.  This series will be called 'Student Monday', in which we will cover everything from a sneaky student-loan haul, 10 things we'll miss about living in a student house and student-budget friendly places to eat in Cardiff.

This month also sees K's Brussels post, where she gives you a glimpse into Belgian life on her four day city break last month, showing you Belgian cuisine and around the beautiful medieval town of Bruges.

We hope you all have an brilliant and fun-filled Bank Holiday weekend and are looking forward to another month here at Eleven Oh Seven!

Welcome to April at Eleven Oh Seven!

This month we have a lot going on being our Easter holidays and with us enjoying a well-deserved break from Uni and being inspired by the upcoming festival season (did someone say Coachella?!) this is what we have planned!

With Coachella happening next month (the weekend that for us kick-starts the festival season), here at Eleven Oh Seven we decided to create a month long series every Friday called 'Festival Friday'. Each week we will create a festival guide covering everything you'll need to know: from fashion style to essentials.

Since S has gone back home for the Easter break, she shows you around her home town. From the breathtakingly beautiful landscape to Heavenly Ice Cream, we show you the town S calls home.

Even though Easter is a time to chill out and recharge your batteries (especially if you're in Uni or school with a long break like us!), it also means that exam-season is coming up, starting in May. This month, we share some of our top tips to cope with exam-related stress and the best ways we feel we can prepare for them.

March is set to be another exciting month here with S' Paris blog post kicking things off on Friday!
We also look at our favourite bloggers of the moment, featuring our fashion, beauty and lifestyle inspirations.
March also sees in some annual momma-appreciation with Mothers' Day on March 15th. To help you prepare, we're putting together a little gift-guide of things we think all mothers would love, as we often find ourselves giving each other advice with gift-giving.
